The FEI Awards provide a platform to say thank you for being an important and integral part of the international equestrian community. Established in 2009, the FEI Awards celebrate individuals and organisations that are making an outstanding contribution to the progress and excellence of equestrian sport, both in and outside the arena. Since 2017 the voting system is based 50% on the public vote and 50% on the judges' panel, a hugely successful combination allowing the FEI to receive numerous votes every year since.
In order to create maximum engagement around the FEI Awards and to ensure we have the very best nominees, we need YOUR help - tell us who YOUR heroes are! Let us know who you believe deserves to be celebrated, from the champions in the arena to the rising stars and the incredible individuals and organisations backstage making it all happen.
Remember, by nominating a person (or an organisation), you not only make their day, you also acknowledge and reward their dedication to equestrian sport – and should they be shortlisted, you will actively raise their profile, their visibility, and with it that of the global equestrian community!
There are four categories:
Longines FEI Rising Star – for a person aged 14 – 21 who demonstrates outstanding sporting talent and commitment
Peden Bloodstock FEI Best Athlete - for the athlete that, over the past year, has demonstrated exceptional skill the arena and taken the sport to a whole new level
Cavalor FEI Best Groom – for that important person who works behind the scenes and ensures the horses in they look after are given the best possible care
FEI Inspire – for an inspiring person who serves as a role model to the equestrian community.
The nomination phase closes on Monday 16 September at midnight and you can nominate as many people as you want across the different categories at different times, so please make sure YOU and YOUR colleagues have your say!

This year the shortlisted nominees will be presented to the public vote and the panel of judges from 3 to 13 October. The lucky winners will then be flown to the FEI Awards Gala presented by Longines, in Abu Dhabi (UAE), for an evening filled with glitz and glam where we will celebrate their achievements together.
