Caroline is the managing director at Lambourn Vets, an performance horse practice in Oxfordshire, working alongside eventing team vet Liz Brown and former British team vet, Jenny Hall.
She qualified as a vet in 1999 from Glasgow University and from there moved to work in mixed practice in Warwickshire before moving to Lambourn.
As part of the World Class Programme, Caroline helps to support the athletes with the management of their horses, working closely with their home teams.
Away from work Caroline enjoys competing in eventing and dressage.
